1. Overview
Trending Photo Prompt sells one-time credit packs that you spend on AI image generation. We want every purchase to be worth it. If something goes wrong, this policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
- 100% refund if all purchased credits in the order are unused and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Prorated refund if some credits have been used and the request is made within 14 days of purchase. We refund the unused portion:
(unused credits / purchased credits) × order amount. - Requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed case by case. We generally do not refund fully consumed credit packs.
3. Automatic Full Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund (no questions asked) in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge. You were billed more than once for the same order.
- Unintended subscription. A product was charged on a recurring basis when it should have been one-time.
- Credits not delivered. Payment succeeded but credits did not appear in your account within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it.
- Service unavailable. Image generation has been unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days.
Failed image generations are automatically credited back to your balance without needing a refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after using all credits.
- The AI output did not match your expectations (AI results are inherently variable; preview prompts before spending credits).
- You used the Service in violation of our Terms of Use (Acceptable Use section).
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us; we treat undisputed chargebacks as a breach of these Terms.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@trendingphotoprompt.com from the email address used at checkout.
- Include your order ID (from the Creem receipt) and a one-line reason.
- We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem back to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
You may also request a refund directly through Creem using the receipt link sent to you at purchase. Creem may issue a refund on our behalf if we do not respond within 3 business days.
